It’s all yours to discover thanks to an internet connection and your library membership.

Please note, however, that many of our online resources are accessible to residents of New Westminster only, as per the licensing agreements we’ve established with vendors.

A streaming service for classic cinema, indie films, and documentaries.

New as of 2024, New Westminster residents have 10 Kanopy tickets per month to use as they wish. Each film is labelled with the number of tickets required to watch it, as well as its viewing period.
