Instructor: Manisha Sharma of Sustainable Healthy Communities Association (SHCA)

SHCA is a registered non-profit society based in New Westminster with 3 members actively involved in promoting, teaching, and supporting meditation as well as related educational programs that support overall health and wellness. Over the years, thousands of people have benefited from practicing our meditation as a lifestyle. Many of these people who considered themselves to be hopeless cases with emotional instability, mental and/or physical illness, and relationship crisis had transformed their lives and others around them permanently as a result of being empowered with the knowledge from the foundation meditation course.

They have also offered these meditation program sessions at New Westminster School District Wellness Centre since September 2022, being a great success and having a positive impact on students involved across the New Westminster School District.
