READY TO BOOK THE ASH STREET ROOM?

To request an advanced room booking:

  1. Check the room’s availability.
  2. Submit a room booking request using our online form.
  3. Library staff will respond to your request within 72 hours.

The earlier you can submit your request, the more likely we are able to accommodate it. We recommend you plan to submit your booking request a minimum of 7 days ahead of your desired date(s). Requests can be submitted up to three months in advance.

To request a same-day booking:

  1. Check the room’s availability.
  2. Phone 604-527-4665 or speak to a library staff member in-person to book the room.
  3. Provide your name, phone number, and date and time of your booking.
