READY TO BOOK THE iCONNECT LAB?

Check the room’s availability.
Submit a room booking request using our online form.
Library staff will respond to your request within 72 hours.

The earlier you can submit your request, the more likely we are able to accommodate it. We recommend you plan to submit your booking request a minimum of 7 days ahead of your desired date(s). Requests can be submitted up to three months in advance.

Need a room sooner? Try the Gallery Room or Ash Street Room.

Location:

Main Branch, 2nd Floor

Suggested for:

Workshops and classes
Walk-through exhibitions

Capacity:

6-20 (only 13 chairs)

Features:

6 tables and 13 chairs, which can be rearranged and reset by the booking group
1 table with HDMI cable (table cannot be be moved)
Wall-mount TV
Power outlets
Wi-Fi

Maximum Time:

No maximum time but space is reserved for quiet study from 1-5pm daily

Recurring Bookings:

Maximum one booking per group per month, OR
One booking per week for a up to 6 consecutive weeks within a 3-month period

Grace Period:

15 minutes following the start time of the booking, after which your reservation will be cancelled
Room-booking privileges may be restricted if you fail to show up for your booking more than twice

Food:

No food allowed
Drinks with lids are acceptable
