Please complete the form below to request one of the following spaces: Ash Street Room, iConnect Lab, or Auditorium.

The earlier you submit your request, the more likely we will be able to accommodate it. We recommend you plan to submit your booking request a minimum of 7 days ahead of your desired date(s). We will do our best to accommodate short-notice requests but can’t guarantee a response with less than 72 hours of notice.

When booking a room, you agree to adhere to our Public Meeting Rooms Policy and Terms of Use.

  • A valid New Westminster Public Library card is required to verify that you are a New Westminster resident. If you do not have a library card you can obtain one by visiting either of our branches.
  • Email is the preferred way for the library to contact you regarding your request. If you do not have a valid email address, please enter noemail@nwpl.ca.
  • Examples: New Parent Class, ESL Conversation Circle, Youth Job Fair, etc. Please use the same name as any promotion, if applicable.
  • For example, it is a public or private event? Will it involve a presenter or performer? Etc.
  • Please enter your first choice. Remember to allow time to set up and reset furniture and equipment, if applicable.
  • Please enter your second choice. Remember to allow time to set up and reset furniture and equipment, if applicable.
  • Terms of Use define the rules while using one of our rooms and can be found on our main Room Bookings page.
